Posting Dude is a manual content marketing and distribution service. We help by writing and publishing content about your project across launch platforms, directories, and social channels as described on our pricing pages.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Your content and project inputs
You provide information about your project (e.g., name, URL, tagline, audience, keywords). You represent that you have the rights to provide and authorize use of those materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that any claims about your product are truthful and compliant with applicable laws.
4. Deliverables and timelines
Deliverables depend on your plan and may include articles on specific platforms and/or social posts. Specific schedules are estimates and may vary due to platform requirements, editorial process, or unforeseen constraints.
We will make reasonable efforts to publish within the month of service, but we do not guarantee exact dates or outcomes (e.g., ranking position, traffic, conversions).
5. Subscriptions and billing
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your plan. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel to stop future renewals.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Because the Service involves manual work and delivered content, refunds may not be available once work has started. If you believe there is an issue, contact us and we'll try to resolve it fairly.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
- Do not submit content that infringes on others' rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the Service.
8. Third-party platforms
Publishing may involve third-party websites and social networks (e.g., directories, X, LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, or decisions.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce specific marketing outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posting Dude will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice if changes are material.
